Privacy Policy

This website loads nothing from third-party servers. No analytics services, no Google Fonts, no embedded videos, no map services, no advertising networks. Fonts are served from the same server as the page. There is no profiling and no tracking across page views.

We process personal data only when you submit a form — and only to answer your enquiry.

The host automatically collects data transmitted by your browser each time a page is accessed: IP address, date and time, the address accessed, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person by us and is not combined with other data.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in technically fault-free and secure operation.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. No analytics or tracking services are used; consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act) is therefore not required.

When you submit a form, we transmit the information you entered to an endpoint on this website, which forwards the message by e-mail (SMTP). Only the fields you filled in, plus the date and time of submission, are processed.

To protect against automated submissions, every form contains invisible fields and checks how much time has passed between loading and submitting. No captcha is used — a captcha would transmit data to a third party before you have given consent.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the information as soon as it is no longer needed to answer the enquiry, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire.

In several places we link to external sites, for example moacon.com, press articles, or LinkedIn. These links are ordinary links: nothing is preloaded and nothing is embedded. Only when you click a link does the provider there learn of your visit.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
