Entrepreneur. Investor. Speaker.

Connecting people. Recognising opportunity. Shaping the future.

I build companies, connect people and ideas, and explore how real change becomes real opportunity — economically and socially.

About me

My path

My path did not begin with a business plan.

At the age of four, I came to Germany from Morocco with my family. I grew up in Lüdenscheid — a place that still means home to me today.

My path into entrepreneurship was not mapped out. After training and studies, it first took me into marketing and communication. That is where a conviction took shape that still guides me today.

Whoever truly understands people recognises opportunities.

Opportunities for new products. For better services. For new business models. And for connections that did not exist before.

Since then, I have founded, built and accompanied companies — from digital business models to communication and target-group marketing, to healthcare and platform economics.

What matters to me is not just having ideas. It is turning them into reality.

Entrepreneurship

Ideas are only the beginning.

To me, entrepreneurship means taking responsibility. For an idea. For people. For decisions. And for mistakes, too.

My entrepreneurial ventures include, among others:

  • AMIRA

    2018

    Founder

AMIRA is a digital community for pharmacy teams that connects knowledge, brands and people.

  • Deutsche Seniorenwerbung

    2010

    Founder

Born from the early conviction that the generation 50+ is one of the most important — and long underestimated — audiences in our society.

  • Lieferheld

    2010

    Co-founder

As co-founder, I was part of a company that showed early on how digital platforms can transform established markets.

  • MOACON Ventures

    2010

    Founder

Today this is where I bring together entrepreneurial activities, investments and new ideas.

  • Agentur Beziehungsweise

What connects all these ventures: they don’t begin with technology. They begin with people.

Approach

Shape, don’t administer.

I’m not only interested in how markets work today. I’m interested in how they can work tomorrow. What do people need? Which structures no longer work? What opportunities does change create? And who takes responsibility for turning that into something new?

Three things matter most to me here:

Gratitude, humility and discipline have shaped my path to this day.

Germany × Morocco

Two countries have shaped my path.

I was born in Morocco and grew up in Germany.

Germany opened up opportunities for me and became my home. Morocco is part of my origin, my family and my identity.

Today, I want to bring both worlds closer together. As chairman of the advisory board of the Gesellschaft der Freunde Marokkos (Society of Friends of Morocco), I work to promote economic cooperation, expand networks and intensify dialogue between Germany and Morocco.

What interests me here is not the symbolic connection between two countries. What interests me is what can grow from it: new partnerships. New economic opportunities. New perspectives. And encounters between people who might otherwise never have met.

Bridges are not built by talking about them. They are built by building them.

Entrepreneur of the Year 2026

In 2026, I was honoured in Marrakech at the Trophées Marocains du Monde for my entrepreneurial path and my commitment as a bridge-builder between Germany and Morocco.

This award means more to me than personal recognition. It also stands for the generations of people who left their homeland to open up new opportunities for their children.

Responsibility grows out of origin. And from opportunity grows the task of passing opportunity on.

Social Engagement

Reading creates opportunity.

Education has decisively shaped my own path. That is why, as a reading ambassador for Stiftung Lesen (the German Reading Foundation), I work to strengthen reading, language skills and social participation.

For people who have to find their place in a new language and culture, reading means far more than education. It means access. To knowledge. To independence. To participation. And to opportunity.

Reading helps us understand the world — and find our own place in it.

In closing

Origin decides where a story begins. Not where it ends.

My path has taught me that opportunities are not a given. That success rarely runs in a straight line. That people are what matter most. And that from the opportunities one has been given, responsibility eventually grows.

I have been able to found companies, employ people, turn ideas into reality and get to know many different worlds.

Today, I don’t just want to build companies. I want to create connections, enable opportunity and help shape the future.
